1. Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as we process and ship orders quickly.

Once the cancellation is processed, you will receive an Email confirmation.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours as they will already be in processing or transit.

 

2. Return & Replacement Policy

 

We have a 7-day replacement policy, meaning you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if your product is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please note: We prioritize replacements over refunds to ensure you receive a fully functional product as quickly as possible. Refunds are issued only in specific cases where a replacement is not possible.

 

2.1 Eligibility for Replacement

  • The product was purchased directly from the official website.
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product received is damaged, defective or incorrect.
  • You provide a mandatory unboxing video or images as proof.

 

2.2 Items Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Used or opened products.
  • Products missing original packaging, parts or accessories.
  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Without unboxing video or images as proof.

 

2.3 Replacement Process

    • Order number
    • Product name & description
    • Reason for replacement
    • Unboxing video or images (mandatory proof)
  3. Once approved, we will process the replacement.

Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

3. Refund Policy

Our priority is to replace defective or incorrect products so you receive a working item as quickly as possible.

Refunds are only offered in cases where a replacement is not possible or if the replaced item is also defective.

To qualify for a refund, you must provide a mandatory unboxing video or images as proof of the issue.

If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Refund requests without valid proof will not be accepted.

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs: Road Automotive will cover return shipping charges only for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Any product that has been used, opened or tampered with is strictly non-returnable.
