Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders – FREE SHIPPING across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – ₹70 extra as a COD handling fee.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor the delivery status.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities – 3-5 business days.
Other Cities & Towns – 5-7 business days.
Remote Areas – 7-10 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays or festive seasons.

Order Tracking & Notifications

Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team for assistance.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

COD orders must be accepted upon delivery.
If a COD order is refused or undelivered due to incorrect details, we may restrict future COD orders for the customer.
The ₹70 COD fee covers handling and collection charges imposed by courier services.

Damaged, Delayed or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may require photo/video proof of any damaged product to process a replacement or refund.
